in kiss me back, fox has had his eye on lola since she started working at panic, but she's rebuffed his every move. it's not that she isn't interested. it's that she has plans and a goal and falling for a ridiculously hot bouncer isn't one of them.

when fox figures out her secret, she's terrified that he's going to rat her out. or even worse, lose interest in her. but he proves her wrong at every turn. he's supportive and accepting and tries so hard to understand and learn about her wants and needs.

the problem is that lola has a very specific end date for her job as a bartender and that end date coincides with her leaving the country. so what is the point of starting something up with fox when there is no future for it. the last thing she needs is someone giving her a reason to stay, not when all she has ever wanted to do is go.

what fox and lola need to realize is that dreams can shift and change. and sometimes what you think you want isn't what you really need at all.

simply catching up on all things general hospital
