it's a total coincidence that the previous review i wrote also had two characters who've known each other since their school days and have loved each other since then, and that the male lead's name also happens to be t.j. hey, at least the female lead has a different name, but deb has similar money and family problems.
anyway, so in want you, t.j. and deb finally stop protecting their hearts and glaring and realize that all that heat was crazy sexual attraction. and it's pretty great once they stop circling each other and just go for it. interspersed with t.j. and deb's deepening relationship is t.j.'s younger brother and deb's on-and-off-again ex, win's story. my guess is that the next book will be about win and darcy, and if you are wondering why i'm focusing on that instead of t.j. and deb, it's that we spend a lot of time hanging out with other characters.
colt garner might have been charming as the lead in his book, but he's a total jerk in this story and that made some of the family scenes harder to buy. but as everyone works through their issues you do get caught up in the lives of everyone at glory junction.
**want you will publish on february 27, 2018. i received an advance reader copy courtesy of netgalley/kensington press (zebra shout) in exchange for my honest review.
