this is an emotional new adult novel, there is a hint of suspense and menace throughout that heightens the drama unfolding in the plot in the best possible way. the angsty forbidden aspect of beth and david's romance works perfectly. and when they finally give into each other, it's perfect.

simply catching up on all things general hospital
